Limoges is located in Limousin, in the center of france as you can see on the map below. It's 2h50 from Paris by train and only 50 minutes by plane. You get the advantage of living in a big city with the great country of limousin at your door. furthermore, Limoges airport has a lot of connection with the UK and Ireland.
A brief description of the flat
The apartment is located in a former office building transformed in apartments. This flat was finished in june 2006 and it looks always brand new as you can see on the picture on the left. It has been conceived with high quality products like parquet floor done with chestnuts tree of limousin.
I definitly wanted to give this apartment a modern look that's why I decided to use strong colors like yelow in the living room or a catchy red in the rest room and in the bath room. I really don't think there's another flat like this one in Limoges, it makes it unique and rare.
